Alcoholic fermentation, also known as ethanol fermentation is prepared using yeast and some kinds of bacteria. The microorganisms in yeast and bacteria convert sugar molecules in ethyl alcohol and carbon dioxide.
Alcoholic fermentation begins after glucose penetrate the cell. The glucose is then broken down into pyruvic acid, which is then converted to carbon dioxide, ethanol, and energy for the cell. Human have benefited on this method for a very long time to make bread, beer, and wine.
